Rutina Avanzada De Front Lever
Advanced Front Lever Routine
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity I will share with you the last front routine I did.
This is my current front lever routine and it is the one that is helping me to progress, I had two weeks without doing a front routine and I have lost a little bit of resistance, the good thing is that I improved my posture.
The front lever reps are costing me more than they should be due to the carelessness of two weeks, but the front lever attached to the bar if I get better. In this routine I do 4 sets per exercise and as many reps as I can do.
The day was good but I need to recover to start practicing combinations for the hive cup because I have lost a little bit of fluency because I have some time without practicing static and dynamic combos.
