My inner Everest

I can have a bad day, a bad month and even a bad season as high-performance athletes say and as that's how the dynamics of life work it's normal that not everything goes as planned and that I deserve to do it again or change my plan, the important thing is to have the wisdom to decide between persevering or desisting, letting go or setting precedents.

Today, she reflected on life; it's really hard for us women to accept getting older. If a woman has ways to get rid of wrinkles, get Botox or have a blepharoplasty, she will surely do it...even on the identity card so that the assigned number holds up.

Everyone ages as they want and can

Then the same women send us to ask for forgiveness for doing so many things to us and not aging with "DIGNITY", they send us to ask for forgiveness for doing to us what they would like and cannot or do not want (it is valid if you do not want it, but do not judge)...that she doesn't criticize!

There are internal challenges that are much more challenging than any external extreme sport...

Let's stop criticizing the physical appearance of others; it's natural to get older, the years change our appearance, and we don't go back to being... outside the way we were or the way we wanted to be, but it heals our soul, it's also natural to do things to age in our own way.

We will go from being admired to being criticized, with the same force that we were loved; what strong truth? But we continue to be the essence inside.

There is nothing like conquering my "Inner Everest”, mastering those dark, hidden, resisted, or denied dimensions by my conscious, by my defenses, and surrendering to accept, equally, lights and shadows that are in me... In addition, it feels a great relief to accept my flaws, so no one can use them against me.

" Sometimes, and only sometimes, it's okay to not be okay.”

We have been taught to "appear to be strong", from the patriarchal ego... from a heroic, super-powerful attitude that conquers everyone. We have been taught that being strong is synonymous with controlling our emotions, but life-death-health has taught me, for years, that my noblest and most beautiful strengths are at the center of my vulnerabilities.

Thanks to that descent and ascent, to them and to the waters of everyday life, I am more sensitive, close, and receptive to the pain of those I accompany as a friend, professional, and life partner.

Nothing defines me better, I'm still restless, dreaming and doing... I am in that group of women between 55 – 65 who enjoy being in our skin at the age we are redefining, being creative, accepting, and enjoying every stage, portal, and threshold with what is necessary to expand new horizons.

I can't hide a single year I've lived, because the sum of all of them places me where I am today, right where I want to be... My spirit has no age... my teenage girl is always with me, and I'm always watching what new project I get into.

I think I am living a spiritual time based on the inner realization of a spirit totally free of attachments and external influences that used to cloud me and divert me to see, do and live for others.

I cultivate every day my self-love... Furthermore, I am like an avid and fertile garden that requires attention, dedication, and care... because even at this autumn equinox I still feel, love, and want to be loved in connection with my more subtle energies.

In my "Inner Everest," I am remembering what I was and also thinking about what is to come; however, it is living one day at a time clinging to the good moments that I can freeze in my mind, I look at my photos (memories) of those places that stayed with me and I keep traveling with my mind and with my dreams to fulfill; if that motivates me to move forward ¿Why not remember.?
