You think, that everything is unfair, hopefully this personal experience can serve you.

Over the years I have understood something that used to cost me a lot: not everything that gets in the way comes to harm our life. There are things that happened to me that, if I had been given the option, I would have deleted completely, and without thinking twice.

But when I look back, I also see that many of those things were the ones that forced me to move, to change course, to make decisions that I would have never made otherwise. And that's where one says... suddenly I wasn't getting lost.

Suddenly it was just my turn to arrive on the other side.

I think we suffer because we want life to look too much like the plan we made. And life, poor thing, never signed that contract, with any of us.

Nowadays, I no longer think that peace is to ensure that no stones appear. That would be wonderful, but quite unrealistic. For me, peace is more like being able to say: Well, this wasn't what I wanted... but let's see where I'm going.
Many times one only discovers new paths when the usual one is closed.

There is a moment when the bond with your partner, your friend, your boss, your therapist begins to heal. When we stop being a mother, father, daughter, son or rival. When it can finally be like that. That's going to require us to grieve, but it's going to give us relief.

And yes, some stones get in the way a lot. But others, over time, end up shaping the story. And maybe it happens like with the water of a ravine: if there were no stones, it would keep running... but it wouldn't sound as beautiful.Perhaps the melody of our life is also being formed like this: with the beautiful, of course, but also with each stone that forced us to change our pace, to deviate a little and find another way to continue.

No one comes out of a failure exactly the same as they came in, but they run out of the place. And that, even if it hurts, is what gets us the habit of measuring everything by the result... Why? Well, because the blow does not warn when it arrives. The only thing the blow asks after is...... yes, we still feel like trying again, with what we had left. Einstein said it: to achieve different results try different.

We all have a motive, an engine that makes us keep going even in the most difficult moments, and even if we have no control over our circumstances, we can still choose what attitude to have in front of them.

In the fight the prize is not to lose, that's why there are people who come to fight with one, that no fire is extinguished with ideas. It happens to me constantly. Depending on the context sometimes I end up saying, ok I understand...End of the conversation 😃
