No busco resultados inmediatos.

I’m someone who really enjoys going to the gym. Over the years, I’ve realized that I’m not always consistent in the sense of going every single day. I usually work out three or four times a week, and I think that’s perfectly fine.
Some days I train for an hour, while on others I spend about 45 minutes at the gym. I honestly love the feeling that exercise gives me. It helps me relieve stress and makes my body feel lighter. That’s one of the main reasons why I keep going.
I also work out because I want to improve my physical condition, build better endurance, and, of course, develop more muscle. I’ve noticed that my arms and chest respond well to training. On the other hand, getting visible abs is more challenging for me, and I think my diet has a lot to do with that.
To be honest, even though I go to the gym, I’m not the type of person who completely avoids certain foods just because I exercise. I prefer to enjoy the journey, work out because I like it, and watch the changes happen little by little.
I have a workout routine, and my favorite exercises are for legs, arms, and chest. The muscle group I find the most difficult to train is my back, but I know I’ll enjoy it more as I continue improving.
I’m not looking for immediate results. I have noticed positive changes in my body, and although I’d like to keep improving, I understand that fitness is a process and that the rewards come with consistency. More than the physical changes, what I value most is how good exercise makes me feel.
Also, when there are days that I don’t go to the gym, I don’t blame myself. I simply understand that sometimes my body needs rest or that I won’t always feel motivated. The important thing is to come back and keep moving forward.
Finally, I always like to finish my workout with some time on the treadmill. It’s a great way to end my training session and leave the gym feeling refreshed.
This has been my experience with the gym. I hope you enjoyed reading a little about my journey, and I’m also sharing a few photos from my workouts.
