Triple Action. On previous occasions, due to health issues, we were posting content consisting solely of photographs; all of this was because I had undergone a total thyroidectomy and axillary lymph node removal due to suspected lymphoma. Thank God, the thyroid biopsy showed that the cancer had not spread—that is, it had not metastasized. In the initial findings, the lymph node biopsy revealed inflammation, and we are awaiting the results of the study of the other lymph node area to reach a definitive conclusion or proceed with immunohistochemical testing.
The fact is that we are holding fast to God, and the doctor has cleared me to begin exercises, starting with gentle movements and gradually increasing the intensity; we are also experiencing deep grief over the physical loss of my father, a member of this community
@omarrojas. Therefore, these will no longer be static photos for content; instead, the images will feature the movement you’re used to seeing. For this routine, we’ll continue focusing on the core, but always with support from the rest of the muscle groups. The workout will be comprehensive and feature exercises suitable for everyone; work at your own pace to improve your health; join me and bring movement into your life.

Warm-up Phase
When we are going to do any physical activity, it is always advisable, in fact, it should be a mandatory habit to do warm-up exercises. With them, we get the whole body in tune and reduce the possibility of acquiring any type of injury. Do not do sudden exercises without warming up first; do not risk your body by skipping a minute to warm up; come on, let's get active.
Calentamiento 1, RODILLAZOS ALTERNOS MÁS CODAZOS Y EXTENSIÓN LATERAL DE BRAZOS
Postura
Warm-up 1, ALTERNATING KNEE LIFTS WITH ELBOWS AND SIDE ARM EXTENSIONS
Posture
Legs shoulder-width apart; elbows bent, arms extended horizontally in front at chin level, one forearm resting on top of the other.
Execution
For 3 minutes, continuously alternate knee lifts; at the same time, bring both elbows back and then extend your arms out to the sides. Keep your abdominal muscles tight.
Calentamiento 2, GIROS DIAGONALES DE MUÑECAS CON TOQUE ALTERNO DE PISO
Postura
Warm-up 2, DIAGONAL WRIST ROTATIONS WITH ALTERNATING FLOOR TOUCHES
Stance
Legs hip-width apart; elbows bent, arms at your sides, hands clenched in front of you between your shoulder and face.
Execution
We begin with wrist rotations; without stopping, we move our bodies from side to side diagonally, and on each side, we touch the floor with the tips of our toes using small hops. Keep this up for 3 minutes.
It is very important to determine that if the body is not yet ready for intense activity, it should be warmed up a little more. Don't forget to take 20-second breaks between exercises and 1-2 minute breaks between sets; hydration is extremely important to replenish fluids and salts lost during exercise. On the other hand, we must try as much as possible to maintain a balanced diet and adequate rest, which contribute to achieving better physical results.
Work Stations
After warming up and checking that the body is ready for the strong action, we go to the execution of the core exercises of the routine. If you still feel that you are not ready, warm up again, avoid injuries. Remember that each exercise should be done according to your physical condition, we go little by little until you master the movements.
Estación 1, PLANCHA CON MOVIMIENTOS EN SALTO MÁS FLEXIÓN Y EXTENSIÓN DE CODOS
Postura
Station 1, PLANK WITH JUMPING MOVEMENTS PLUS ELBOW FLEXION AND EXTENSION
Posture
Assume the traditional push-up position: legs hip-width apart, arms shoulder-width apart.
Execution
With this exercise, although the focus is on the core, the benefits are comprehensive. To perform the movement, jump while bending your knees and bringing them toward your chest. Quickly, bend your elbows alternately so that both are resting on the floor. Straighten them again and, at the same time, extend both knees backward as you jump. 20 repetitions in 4 sets.
Estación 2, GIROS CORPORALES EN PLANCHA DEL OSO CON TOQUE ALTERNO DE HOMBROS
Postura
Station 2, BODY TWISTS IN BEAR PLANK WITH ALTERNATING SHOULDER TOUCHES
Posture
Plank position; arms hip-width apart, knees bent at hip level; hips slightly raised. Start by resting one hand on the floor and placing the other hand on the opposite shoulder.
Execution
A very powerful exercise that works the entire core and legs; the arms are engaged at all times, creating greater body tension. We rotate our body toward the side of the supporting hand, and when we reach that side, the glute touches the floor; then, in a sort of bounce, we rotate to the opposite side. This time, both hands touch the floor, but we immediately release the support from one hand to rotate and touch the opposite shoulder. The twists must be very fast to achieve the best results. 20 repetitions in 4 sets per side.
Estación 3, ABDOMINALES CON APOYO DE PARED Y TOQUE DE AMBOS ROBILLOS
Postura
Station 3, WALL-SUPPORTED CRUNCHES WITH BOTH FEET TOUCHING THE WALL
Position
Lie on your back; bend your knees slightly and place your feet against the wall with your legs apart. Keep your elbows bent and your arms at the sides of your head. Keep your abs tight.
Execution
Engage your core fully; your arms and legs will become toned. With your muscles engaged in the indicated position, lift your upper back without bending your torso too much. Alternately lift your feet off the wall, bringing your knees toward your abdomen while simultaneously touching your ankles with both hands. Do 20 repetitions in 4 sets per foot lift.
Relajación, FLEXIÓN COBRA
Postura
Relaxation, COBRA POSE
Pose
Lie face down with your legs together, elbows bent, and hands on the floor at the sides of your shoulders.
Execution
Breathing in and out; for 3 minutes of relaxation and physical calm, in a gentle and controlled manner, we extend our elbows, lift our torso, and return to the starting position.
