Core and More. This week we’ve really pushed ourselves with our workouts—and why wouldn’t we, since our bodies need to stay active to stay healthy? That’s why we’ve put together a new set of exercises designed to continue strengthening and developing the core, in a fun way and, as always, with plenty of variety. Furthermore, to achieve this goal, we’ll be doing some fantastic combinations that engage other muscle groups as well. One thing’s for sure: the action never stops, and this routine is a must-see; so, my friends, don’t miss it—give it a try, because your body will thank you for it.

Warm-up Phase
When we are going to do any physical activity, it is always advisable, in fact, it should be a mandatory habit to do warm-up exercises. With them, we get the whole body in tune and reduce the possibility of acquiring any type of injury. Do not do sudden exercises without warming up first; do not risk your body by skipping a minute to warm up; come on, let's get active.
Calentamiento 1, GIRO ABDOMINAL
Postura
Warm-up 1, AB TURN

Execution
For 3 continuous minutes, we jump while rotating our bodies; the upper body rotates in the opposite direction.
It is very important to determine that if the body is not yet ready for intense activity, it should be warmed up a little more. Don't forget to take 20-second breaks between exercises and 1-2 minute breaks between sets; hydration is extremely important to replenish fluids and salts lost during exercise. On the other hand, we must try as much as possible to maintain a balanced diet and adequate rest, which contribute to achieving better physical results.
