Ingredients:
2 cups wholemeal flour
1 tsp fresh or dry yeast
1/2 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
Water
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
3. Using a spatula, stir the flour into the water until mixed well.
4. Sprinkle in the salt and continue to mix.
6. Place the dough back in the bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, until it doubles in size.
7. After the dough has risen, punch out the air and divide it into appropriate portions.
8. Form balls and flatten them to about 2 cm thick in the palm of your hand, and prepare all the pieces.
9. Cover and let them rest for 15 minutes.
