Today i would like to share the recipe of Chickpea Kebab healthy snack or appetiser made from chickpeas, chopped veggies and other indian aromatic & Flavourful indian spices. It is traditionally served with green chutney, but you can pair it with garlic chutney or any dip. Made with everyday ingredients, it is very healthy and stays fresh in the fridge for up to two days. It is super healthy appetizer try it share it with friends and Family.

Ingredients 📃


• 2 Cup chickpea.
• 2 Boiled Potato.
• 1 chopped Onion.
• 4-5 Cloves of Garlic.
• 1 inch of Ginger.
• 3-4 Chopped Green Chilli.
• 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
• 2 tbsp of garam Masala.
• 1 tbsp of amchur powder.
• 1 red chilli powder.
• salt to taste.
• oil of toast.

Rinse the chickpeas two to three times in a bowl, then soak them overnight or for 7 to 8 hours.

As you can see, the chickpeas have soaked up and their texture has completely changed. Now, transfer them to a pressure cooker.Add salt and pressure-cook for six to seven whistles until tender.

Once the boiled chickpeas cool down to room temperature, blend them into a smooth paste using a mixer grinder.

Now grate boiled potatoes into the chickpea paste, then add salt, chili powder, and dry mango powder (amchur), mixing everything thoroughly.

Now add chopped onions, coriander, and green chilies to this and mix well so your kebabs turn out great.

Tip : To make it healthier, use roasted gram flour or paneer instead of potatoes to bind it well.

Your kebab mixture is now ready. You can also add your choice of vegetables, like grated carrots or beans, depending on your taste.

Grease your hands with oil and take a small portion. Roll it into a ball, then flatten it into a patty shape as shown in the picture.

Shape the remaining batter into patties and refrigerate them. Pan-fry them hot right before serving.

Heat and grease a non-stick pan well with oil.

Now place all your kebab on it and let them cook on a low, medium flame so their flavor comes out well.
