Es una receta que a mi me encanta, y la hago muy seguido en casa. Es muy sencilla de realizar y a continuación te muestro el paso a paso.

Ingredientes:

1/2 taza de pasta larga integral picada
1/2 taza de arroz integral
1 y 1/2 de agua
1/2 zanahoria
Aceite
Sal

Ingredients:

1/2 cup long pasta chopped whole grain
1/2 cup of brown rice
1 and 1/2 of water
1/2 carrot
Oil
Salt

Preparación:

Preparation:

Colocar una olla al fuego; añadir un chorrito de aceite, seguidamente agregar la pasta integral. Cuando este dorado se agrega el arroz, dejar sofreir.

Luego añadir el agua, la zanahoria y la sal.
