Cooking day
I was use here Sheet dough to make pizza pockets, this dough is good for making it, yes I didn't make the dough myself, it is ready made and frozen dough. the rest is self-invented and it's better that way, there aren't many things in there, but enough to make it warm and tasty, and of course it's important that there's a lot of cheese.
All this what I did was also go fast .... I must try make more them soon.

A big omelette
And this morning I made an omelette, it's a thick, fluffy omelette with tufts of smoked sausage inside and topped with cheese, which is also baked to a crisp on low heat so I don't burn it too much. But on the side I made a light salad with a pear, pieces of fresh pumpkin, apple, salt, olive oil, a little sugar. This is all what good morning needs to start.
