Para nuestra preparacion necesitamos los siguientes ingredientes:
1 pan de hamburguesa
Carne mechada
Lechuga
Tomate
Pepino
Cebolla
Salsa (tomate, mostaza, mayonesa)
Adicional si queremos podemos agregarle 1 huevo, Jamón y queso

Sauce (tomato, mustard, mayonnaise)
Additional if we want we can add 1 egg, Ham and cheese

Preparemos esta rica Hamburguesa con el toque especial de carne mechada:

Primero comencé Lavando muy bien y picando en ruedas muy finas la cebolla, el tomate y el pepino. En este caso la lechuga la dejo con las hojas más grandes. Escurro el exceso de agua. Reservo.

Luego procedí a picar el pan por la mitad, en este caso teníamos un pan que es grande, pero ustedes pueden usar los que son más pequeños o el que sea de su agrado.

Le agregue a cada mitad de pan, 1 cucharita pequeña de cada una de las salsas. En este paso les quiero comentar que, si no les agradan las salsas, no es necesario ponerlas, o si tienen alguna especial también las pueden agregar. También pueden no ponerla ninguna salsa ya que con los sabores de la carne mechada será suficiente. Le pueden colocar también algún aderezo. Todo está en lo que a ustedes les agrade, en casa nos gusta con la salsa, pero no le agregamos mucha cantidad, esto es dependiendo del tamaño del pan.

Como toque adicional le colocamos un huevo, una rebanada de jamón y una de queso, pero si lo desean le pueden poner solo la carne y los vegetales y no pasa nada.

Luego le agregue el toque especial, nuestra rica carne mechada. Para los que no saben la carne mechada es preparada sancochando la carne hasta ablandar, luego se separa en tiras finas y se procede a cocinar con aliños hasta que se integren todos los sabores, es verdaderamente rica. En casa siempre tenemos guardado en el refrigerador, carne, pescado y pollo mechada al igual que caraotas, esas son comidas que nos sacan de apuro en cualquier momento y son riquísimas recalentadas.
