Ingredients:
liver of chicken - 1 package
red onion - 1 onion
paprika - 2 tsp.
quail eggs - 10-12 pcs.
green onion
parsley
melted butter
salt
freshly ground black pepper
baguette for filing
Liver thaw and rinse thoroughly in cold water, dry. Finely chop onion and fry on melted butter until transparent, put on a plate. In the same frying pan fry the liver in two or three doses, laying out each time so that between the pieces of the liver there was enough space. Roast on a good fire for 1 minute on each side, in the middle of the liver should remain slightly pinkish, quickly put on a plate to the onions. Eggs boil, cool, clean and cut into beautiful slices. Liver and onions in a blender together with paprika, salt and pepper, do not try to achieve a uniform consistency, it is better to leave the pieces.
Mix the liver with chopped herbs and eggs, serve on warm toast.
