I don’t eat gluten flour, but sometimes I want to eat sandwich, so here is recipe of gluten-free and low carb buns for #sixweekhealth challenge
Ketobuns:
1 zucchini
3 eggs 🥚
65 gr almond flour
15 gr coconut flour 🥥
20-25 gr psyllium
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Grate zucchini, squeeze out the juice, beat the eggs, add zucchini, mix, add dry ingredients, form the buns, bake in the oven (180 C) for 20-25 min
