Hello, friends especially foodies!
Tired of eating outside, sometimes i cook at home, but it usually happened on weekend, mostly Sunday, like today, i cooked for our lunch. What i cooked today, let's follow me!
Preparation:
Yesterday i bought brocolli in the supermarket. So to begin my cooking experience, i cut the brocolli first. Then i poured the hot boiled water to the brocolli i already cut. Then i put the salt on it.
I also cut the meatballs i had, 4 slices from a meatball. So i would had 4x8 slices of the quarter meatballs in the end.
I also chopped the garlic.
After all finished sliced, i prepared the spices like salt, maggi seasoning and also cassava flour. For the cassava flour, i pour water to it so i got some thick white water.
Cooking time:
First, i heated the cooking oil on the pan. Then, i stirred the sliced chopped garlic. I also put the sliced brocolli there too.
Then, seasoning time, i put salt and no calories sugar plus a bit of maggi seasoning sauce to it then i stirred it again and put some water inside. I also stirred them.
After the water inside boiled i then poured the thick cassava flour water to my pan, stirred it again. And then it well cooked.
Voila here when i finished cooking it.
It had savory and sweet flavour with thick soup. The brocolli was fresh, savory a bit sweet and soft but still crunchy. The meatballs were in medium hardness and had chewy soft texture. It was so tasty that we craved for more!
