Ingredients:
7 curry leaves
ground spices (garlic, shallots, ginger, galangal, red chili peppers, lemongrass)
2 cloves
2 cardamom
2 star anise
700 ml water
chicken meatballs
chili sauce
cooking oil
salt
garlic powder
Steps:
Heat the cooking oil, then sauté the ground spices until fragrant. Add water to the pan.
Add the curry leaves, cardamom, and star anise
Add the cloves, salt, and garlic powder to the pan
