Homemade clear soup with mixed vegetables, pork, and pork meatballs with homegrown bok choy and papaya.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post, I’ll take you to see a simple clear soup that my wife made. Of course, this time she also used a fruit and a vegetable from our home garden as ingredients for this clear soup. This soup consists of bok choy and papaya from our garden, along with cabbage purchased from a wet market. Cabbage is a vegetable that I have repeatedly attempted to grow but failed. Therefore, we have no choice but to buy it from wet markets or supermarkets. My wife first picked the bok choy that was grown in styrofoam boxes and plastic baskets. However, she has left the ground-planted bok choy unharvested for now.

And I picked a papaya. We have about five papaya trees in our home garden, but only two of them are grown for cooking, while the other three are for eating fresh.

How to cook clear soup with mixed vegetables, pork, and pork meatballs : Cut the vegetables and papaya. Crush the garlic, coriander seeds and black pepper using a pestle and mortar.

Put a pot on the stove and heat a little oil. Then add the crushed garlic, coriander seeds and black pepper to the pot. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add the pork to the pot and stir-fry to combine well with the other ingredients until cooked.

Then add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Season with seasoning sauce and pork flavour seasoning powder. Once the water is boiling, add the papaya to the pot.

Then add the cabbage and bok choy to the pot and boil until the vegetables are cooked.

Then add the pork meatballs to the pot, boil until they are cooked through, and turn off the heat.

It's finished, clear soup with mixed vegetables, pork, and pork meatball.
