Hello, friends especially foodies!
I am sure all of us have their own favorite food. I agree that the favorite food we have depend on our taste on food. I know that some people have only a little choice of their favorite food while the others have multiple and so many choices of their favorite food. I don’t know which category are you, the ones with little not a wide range of food choices or the ones with so many wide range of food choices in their favorite food. For me, I am on the second category, I have so many favorite food to choose. I love so many food from Asian to Western, from vegetable to meat or even fish, I love them all.
But on Sunday when I finished the Sunday service in the church I really missed on of my favorite, fish but with burger, yup, I missed and craved of fish fillet burger. The one that was near from me and I thought had the best fish fillet burger was Mc Donald’s which was located in Senayan Trade Center (STC), right in front of the mall where my church was, Senayan City.
The Mc Donald’s there had the concept of Mc Donald’s restaurant and also Mc Café, so beside the regular McD food and beverages you could also order coffee like in a café. Good concept, isn’t it?
As you could see they had some chairs and tables outdoor which was popular at night maybe, but still when it was hot sunny day, two customers were sitting there.
Inside on the left there was a café stall where you could order many kind of coffee, like cappuccino, long black, vanilla / caramel / hazelnut latte, café latte, mocha latte, café matcha fusion, and so on which served hot and cold. For the non coffee drinks, they had matcha latte and chocolate.
You could see the customers were almost full, only one table with two chairs left and I hoped that I could sit there later.
While on the right side,the customers were also almost full there, you could see they had the order and taking order stall.
In the middle of the room, there were two big monitors for us to order by ourselves. I tried to order there by myself. What I ordered were all my favorite, the fish fillet burger package with chocolate sundae ice cream. Just imagine of it made my mouth watering, lol.
Here were what I ordered that day
What I had that day were their fish fillet burger package which had burger, french fries, and iced lemon tea plus I still had my favorite, chocolate sundae ice cream too.
Fish fillet burger had burger buns and inside it had fried fish fillet, cheese sliced, and tartar sauce. For the fish they used parrot fish which had tasty meat which was smooth and not fishy. The fish fillet had tasty savory flavour with a bit crunchy texture outside. The fresh fish fillet made was warm and smelled so good. The tartar sauce brought sour sweet flavour to the burger, but you could be like me, added the tomato ketchup in it too so it would be more sour and sweet. Really delicious!
They also served it with their authentic french fries which were soft and taste so good. They were crunchy outside but soft inside.
And it also had fresh iced lemon tea because I didn’t want to drink any soda drinks. It was fresh with tasty lemon and tea flavour.
One of my favorite, Chocolate Sundae Ice Cream.
Their vanilla ice cream had milk ingredient mostly as it could be tasted by the flavour, it was so smooth and milky. And they had tasty chocolate pasta, which brought the authentic flavour of sweet and bitter chocolate, so yummy! I really love their sundae and also fish fillet burger….
I recommend you to try their fish fillet burger and chocolate sundae which were the best for me!
