Hello, friends especially foodies!

Once I ever posted about the wet stirred tempeh, but this time I would like to share how I made the tastiest dried stirred tempeh. If you follow how I made it easily I do hope you would find the best result like what I had. Now let’s get started!

What I needed:

  • Fresh tempeh, cut in around width 2 cm, length and height 1 cm
  • 5 pieces of red shallot, chopped
  • 2 pieces of garlic, chopped
  • 1 piece large red chilli
  • Oil to stir
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Sweet soy sauce

How I process them:

Cut the tempeh, in 2x1x1 cm size.

Chopped red shallot, garlic and also chilli.

Heated the oil then fried the tempeh, until it well fried, put them in a bowl. If you use a small frying pan like I did, fried little by little of them.

First, heated the oil then put the red shallot, stirred. Until it smelled so good then put the garlic and chilli to it. Then the fried tempeh, sweet soy sauce, salt and no calories sugar.

Then, it well cooked, looked so good, nice in brown color..

It had some flavours like sweet, savory and also spicy. With the texture which was a bit crunch and that complete flavour, we fell in love with it much.
Come and try this same recipe at home!
