Lo principal para hacer está sopa es tener la panza que es el estómago de la vaca y las patas de res. Aquí lo tenemos y se ve bastante limpio. Igual mi mamá lava todo esto nuevamente con vinagre y limón y bastante agua.

Aquí tenemos la panza bien picada, limpia y con bastante orégano y vamos a empezar a cocinar. Colocamos esto en una olla grande con suficiente agua ya que hay que cocinarlo por bastantes horas hasta que esté blando.
