Un domingo de sopa 馃ィ
Una de las comidas que m谩s gusta es la sopa, una buena preparaci贸n con full vegetales y por supuesto prote铆na.
Hoy es un d铆a para compartir una deliciosa sopa en familia, para reunir a la tropa en la mesa, con sabor y saz贸n de una sopita que hasta el alma la despierta.
Lo principal para preparar la sopa es elegir los mejores ingredientes, empezando por la carne y terminando por los vegetales, sal y listo.
Es dif铆cil 煤ltimamente conseguir buenos productos, la situaci贸n de la electricidad arruina la frescura de los alimentos y vivir en un pueblo donde no hay muchos lugares para comprar, complica la situaci贸n.
Pero sin embargo est谩 vez todo estuvo excelente una buena carne, verduras variadas y frescas que hicieron de esta preparaci贸n la mejor de este domingo.
La olla se coloc贸 a hervir temprano, un lavado de la carne de res y algo de sal y celery para darle sabor, listo esto comenc茅 con las verduras para lavar, cortar y volver a lavar.
Una vez blanda la carne, se agregan todo los vegetales, se deja hervir hasta que todos est茅n blancos y a servir para comer.
La tropa estaba lista y hambrienta, todos quer铆an degustar su sopa, fue un almuerzo ideal para compartir juntos en familia, todos disfrutaron su taza de sopa y eso realmente era el objetivo.
De mis favoritas est谩 sopa, es preparaci贸n completa para una buena comida, lleva su tiempo pero vale la pena cada cucharada, no s茅 ustedes pero a m铆 me encanta.

Soup Sunday 馃ィ
One of our favorite meals is soup鈥攁 hearty dish packed with vegetables and, of course, protein.
Today is a day to share a delicious soup with the family, to gather everyone around the table, with the flavor and seasoning of a soup that even warms the soul.
The key to making soup is choosing the best ingredients鈥攕tarting with the meat and ending with the vegetables鈥攁dd salt, and you鈥檙e all set.
It鈥檚 been hard to find good produce lately鈥攖he power outages ruin the freshness of the food, and living in a small town with few places to shop makes things even more complicated.
But this time, everything turned out great: good meat and a variety of fresh vegetables that made this Sunday鈥檚 soup the best yet.
I put the pot on to boil early鈥擨 rinsed the beef and added a little salt and celery for flavor鈥攁nd then I started washing, chopping, and rinsing the vegetables again.
Once the meat was tender, I added all the vegetables, let it boil until they were all tender, and then it was ready to serve.
The family was ready and hungry; everyone wanted to taste the soup. It was the perfect lunch to share together as a family鈥攅veryone enjoyed their bowl of soup, and that was really the goal.
This soup is one of my favorites; it鈥檚 a complete meal. It takes some time to prepare, but every spoonful is worth it. I don鈥檛 know about you, but I love it.
