Feliz día amigos de Hive Food, hoy les quiero traer el paso a paso de una receta que se me ocurrió a la hora de hacer el almuerzo y debo decir que quedó realmente deliciosa, estaba cansada de comer carne molida y decidí prepararla en kibbe y con este usarlo de relleno para unas papas. Así que para el almuerzo realice unas papas rellenas de kibbe y acompañe con arroz. Este fue un almuerzo diferente y delicioso. La verdad que en la cocina debemos ser creativos para no aburrirnos.

Happy day friends of Hive Food, today I want to bring you the step by step of a recipe that I came up with when making lunch and I must say that it was really delicious, I was tired of eating ground meat and I decided to prepare it in kibbe and with this use it as a filling for some potatoes. So for lunch make some kibbe stuffed potatoes and accompany it with rice. This was a different and delicious lunch. The truth is that in the kitchen we must be creative so as not to get bored.

Ingredientes: - 250 gr de carne molida. - 100 gr de trigo número uno. - 1 taza de agua. - 1 cebolla. - 5 dientes de ajo. - 1 cucharada de comino en polvo. - 1/2 cucharada de pimienta negra. - sal al gusto. - 4 papas grandes. - 1 huevo. - 150 gr de harina de trigo. - aceite para freír.	Ingredients: - 250 gr of ground meat. - 100 gr of wheat number one. - 1 cup of water. - 1 onion. - 5 cloves of garlic. - 1 tablespoon of cumin powder. - 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper. - salt to taste. - 4 large potatoes. - 1 egg. - 150 gr of wheat flour. - oil for frying.

Vamos a empezar lavando muy bien las papas y cortarlas en trozos grandes y las vamos a colocar en una olla a cocinar con agua para que estén blandas y poder hacer un puré.	We are going to start by washing the potatoes very well and cutting them into large pieces and we are going to place them in a pot to cook with water so that they are soft and we can make a puree.

Por otro lado vamos a colocar el trigo en un recipiente y vamos a calentar el agua y la vamos a agregar el trigo. Vamos a dejar reposar por media hora para que nuestro trigo se hidrate y sea mucho más fácil usarlo.	On the other hand we are going to place the wheat in a container and we are going to heat the water and we are going to add the wheat. We are going to let it rest for half an hour so that our wheat hydrates and it is much easier to use.

Una vez que ya el trigo está hidratado vamos a agregar la carne molida y vamos a mezclar muy bien para que todo se integre bien.	Once the wheat is hydrated, we are going to add the ground meat and we are going to mix very well so that everything is well integrated.

Ahora vamos a sazonar esto con sal, pimienta, comino y vamos a rallar cebolla y ajo y mezclar todo bien.	Now we are going to season this with salt, pepper, cumin and we are going to grate onion and garlic and mix everything well.

Aquí ya nuestra mezcla de kibbe está lista. Si desean se podría comer así cruda con un poco de aceite de oliva y es realmente deliciosa.	Here our kibbe mix is ready. If you wish you could eat it raw with a little olive oil and it is really delicious.

Ahora a nuestro puré de papas le vamos a agregar sal, un huevo y 150 gr de harina de trigo y vamos a mezclar muy bien.	Now we are going to add salt, an egg and 150 gr of wheat flour to our mashed potatoes and we are going to mix very well.

Por aquí hicimos las bolas de kibbe, yo pese cada porción de aproximadamente 30 gr cada una.	Here we made the kibbe balls, I weigh each portion of approximately 30 gr each.

Ahora vamos a tomar suficiente de la masa de papas y la vamos a estirar bien para cubrir bien la bola de kibbe que va en el medio.	Now we are going to take enough of the potato dough and roll it out nicely to cover the kibbe ball that goes in the middle.

Aquí ya tenemos las papas rellenas. Las vamos a ir colocando en un plato para luego freirlas.	Here we already have the stuffed potatoes. We are going to place them on a plate and then fry them.

En un sartén colocamos suficiente aceite y cuando esté caliente agregamos las papas y las vamos a freír hasta que estén bien doradas.	In a frying pan we put enough oil and when it is hot we add the potatoes and we are going to fry them until they are well golden.
