Para preparar estos helados saludables necesitamos:

• 4 Cambures bien maduros.
• 1/2 taza de leche.
• 4 cucharadas de cacao en polvo.

To prepare these healthy ice creams we need:

• 4 very ripe bananas.
• 1/2 cup of milk.
• 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Vamos a tener en la nevera los Cambures los vamos a cortar para que sea más fácil batirlos.

We are going to have the bananas in the fridge, we are going to cut them to make it easier to beat them.

Vamos a colocar los Cambures en una licuadora y la leche y lo vamos a batir muy bien.

We are going to place the bananas in a blender and the milk and we are going to beat it very well.

Ahora vamos a colocar las cuatro cucharadas de cacao en polvo.

Now we are going to place the four tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Aquí ya tenemos la mezcla de los helados lista. Al usar Cambures bien maduros estos tienen toda la azúcar que necesitamos y por eso no es necesario agregar azúcar refinada.

Agregamos la mezcla en los moldes de helados y llevamos al refrigerador. Dejé los helados toda la noche en el congelador para que estén bien firmes para poder sacarlos del molde.
