Feliz noche amigos de Hive hoy traigo una receta que me encantó, es súper fácil u si amas el pie de limón te va a encantar, mi tía hace algunos días me trajo muchos limones de su casa y yo decidí usarlos para preparar un helado cremoso de pie de limón.

Para hacer estos helados necesitamos:
- 1 taza de jugo de limón.
- 1 lata de leche condensada.
- 1 taza de leche.
- 1 cucharada de gelatina sin sabor.
- agua.

To make these ice creams we need:
- 1 cup of lemon juice.
- 1 can of condensed milk.
- 1 cup of milk.
- 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin.

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es colocar a hidratar la gelatina sin sabor, está ayudará a que nuestros helados tengan un poco más de consistencia.

Luego de tener la gelatina hidratada la vamos a llevar al fuego para diluirla y así ya la podemos agregar a la leche condensada que la agregamos en un recipiente para poder integrqr bien todo.

A esta mezcla ahora vamos a colocar la taza de jugo de limón.

Las galletas las vamos a triturar un poco y las vamos a agregar a la mezcla e integramos todo muy bien.
