Hey #foodie folk at #foodiesbeehive :)
I am Danaidh B from Scotland! with my second post here continuing from yesterday's olive bread attempt! I had real trouble uploading this post from my phone but I finally managed to upload it successfully and edit it on the laptop! I am so relieved and I hope everything came out okay for you #foodies :) #vegan #foodies #foodie #ocd #creativecoin #curie #life

So after yesterday's olive bread attempt, I decided to make more olive bread but this time with 00 flour and not my “self-raising flour adaptation” (which was still amazing) I wanted it to be more authentic and use the 00 flour today and also used red kalamata olives, to me they smell so much better than green ones, but the green ones sometimes have that sweet/spicy peppery tang to them.
These red olives were extra soft today!

This today's dough just finished it's first knead and off for a prove for 2.5 hours.

Today's post is actually about my special humous-making skills 🙏 where over the years of being veggie, vegan, and pescatarian I have learned to adapt and invent ways to suffice missing ingredients with sometimes equal, or better ingredients. And this one is really a nice and easy, more affordable, and definitely adds a little more protein than some of the tahinis that can be expensive for good quality.
This recipe simply uses Peanut Butter instead of tahini. Another great option is unsalted and unsweetened Almond Butter.

What you will need for 3-4 huge servings:
