250 grams Ube/Purple Yam,cooked and puree
75 grams Glutinous Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Water, optional
75 Palm Sugar, raw chopped
Grated Coconut, steamed
In medium bowl mix ube, glutinous flour, salt and pour water slowly till all blanded well.
Take little dough, make round shape and flatten, fill with chopped brown sugar and round it again, set aside. Do the same way for the rest dough.
Boil water in medium saucepan and insert balls, cooked till all balls floating in surface.
Remove from the boiling water and drain, then roll over the balls into steamed grated coconut.
And Your ube balls is ready to be serve.
