100 grams Butter
75 grams Refined Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
115 grams Flour
25 grams Milk Powder
100 grams Raisin, soak with rhum
50 grams Sliced Walnut
50 grams Dark Cooking Chocolate
50 grams White Cooking Chocolate
Beat the butter and Sugar till soft , add in eggs one by one and vanilla until fluffy and shine, low the speed and insert the flour, milk powder, walnut and raisins.
Prepare baking sheet pan that already grease and lined baker paper, spoon the dough and and give the distance between each other because the dough will widen.
Bake in 150C degree about 25-30 minutes till done and harden.
When cold enough, garnish with white and dark melted chocolate.
