In the saucepan, pour the sugar and pour in the water. Stirring, bring the mixture to a boil. Sugar should dissolve.
Put the berries in syrup and bring to a boil over medium heat. In the meantime, slice the apples in small pieces and drop them into the syrup when it boils.
Bring the mixture back to the boil again. Add cinnamon and, stirring, cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
To keep the jam for the winter, put it in a sterilized jar and roll it up. Turn it over, wrap it around something warm and cool it. Keep the jam in a cool place.
