Hi friends! Today I am going to share my recipe for making tea. I make this tea with great love and care, and my father and grandfather enjoy drinking it very much. Tea is enjoyed in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and many other countries around the world.
The ingredients are as follows:
2 cups of water
2 cups of milk
1 and a half teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of tea leaves
First, pour 2 cups of water into a saucepan and bring it halfway to a boil over medium heat. Then add the tea leaves and let them boil for a little longer. Add the sugar as well. Once the tea leaves have released their color, pour in the milk.
Let the tea cook well. If it starts to boil over the edges of the saucepan, lower the heat slightly and keep stirring it with a spoon. Continue this process until the milk, tea, and water are well combined and the foam on the milk has disappeared.
There you have it, your delicious tea is ready. Pour it into cups and serve. If you have some biscuits with it, the experience becomes even more enjoyable. During rainy days, you can also have it with pakoras.
In the picture, I made this tea especially for my grandfather. He enjoyed it very much.
