Tiankonabe is a soup made up of many ingredients. Often, everything is put in it, that is in the kitchen. But Biamba has a special recipe, consisting of two parts: the soup and meat balls.

Bring to boil fish broth, soy sauce, sake and mirin. While all this is heated, mix the ingredients for meat balls.
Add the sliced daikon and carrots to the saucepan, cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
Put the meat balls in a saucepan and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Add mushrooms, onions, cabbage and bok choy. Cook for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat and dip into the pan sliced tofu. Cook another 5 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste.

The ingredients show that there is nothing harmful in chanconabe, unless you consider seven tablespoons of alcohol as an absolute evil. A lot of vegetables, a moderate amount of protein and almost complete absence of carbohydrates.
