Feliz noche amigos de Hive Food hoy fue un d铆a de mucho trabajo, pero siempre hay que comer y como mi esposo estaba super ocupado, quise consentirlo cocinandole un lagarto con hueso con bastante salsa porque as铆 es que le gusta a 茅l, el mio lo deje cocinar un poco m谩s para que quedara m谩s espesa la salsa.
As铆 que les cuento el paso a paso y los ingredientes.

Empec茅 por lavar bien los ali帽os, las papas y la zanahoria para eliminar todo tipo de impurezas.
Pele la cebolla y la pique en cuadritos peque帽os, pique los ajies a la mitad y le saque las semillas, los pique en pedacitos, hice lo mismo con el piment贸n, pique el cebollin, cilantro y celery en pedacitos peque帽os.
I started by washing the dressing, the potatoes and the carrot well to remove any impurities.

Pele con un pela papas, las papas y la zanahoria, las pique en cuadritos peque帽os.

Pique el lagarto tratando de quitar la mayor grasa posible para que no quedara muy grasoso(para esta preparaci贸n no use nada de aceite).

Puse la olla de presi贸n a la candela, eche el lagarto ya picado y lo sofrei bien en su propia grasa, cuando estaba bien sofrito le eche la c煤rcuma, el curry y la sal, mezcle bien y deje cocinar por 2 minutos y le agregue los ali帽os ya picados, mezcle bien sofrei por 4 minutos m谩s y le agregue las papas y la zanahoria, deje cocinar por 4 minutos m谩s, le agregue agua suficiente y tape la olla de presi贸n.
I put the pressure cooker on fire, add the chopped lizard and fry it well in its own fat, when it was well fried I added the turmeric, curry and salt, mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes and add the chopped seasonings, mix well and fry for 4 more minutes and add the potatoes and carrots, let it cook for 4 more minutes, add enough water and cover the pressure cooker.
Deje cocinar por 50 minutos, es que mi olla de presi贸n no est谩 muy buena, as铆 que el tiempo de cocci贸n depende de la olla de presi贸n, en ese momento ten铆a bastante salsa saque la parte de mi esposo con bastante salsa por que el lo comio con arroz y deje cocinar por 20 minutos m谩s la m铆a para que quedara la salsa m谩s espesa, por que yo lo com铆 con casabe.
I let it cook for 50 minutes, my pressure cooker is not very good, so the cooking time depends on the pressure cooker, at that time I had enough sauce I took out my husband's part with enough sauce because he ate it with rice and I let it cook for 20 minutes more mine so that the sauce would be thicker, because I ate it with cassava.
