A giant empanada stuffed with sautéed broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, red onion, spinach, garlic herb vegan cheese and topped with Chef Mico's sweet and spicy Tropical Hot Sauce (soon to be available for purchase)

Served with oven roasted potatoes and a side salad of fresh garden greens from the Finca Oasis Verde garden, cucumber, tomato, avocado and Chef Mico's smokey tomato vinaigrette dressing.
