Estrategias para la prosperidad. Esa Vida Nuestra. Resumen. [ESP-ENG]
. Leer
. Hacer Manualidades, amigurumis
. Pintar
. Bailar
. Tener anclas
. Escuchar música
. Agradecer
. Observar plantas o tener un jardín.
. Cuidar mascotas
. Dormir
. Orar
. Escribir
. Ver películas
. Ver videos graciosos
. Buscar la espiritualidad
. Responsabilizarse por su propia vida
. Cantar
. Tener amigos
. Meditar
. Tomar conciencia
. Limpiar, ordenar
. Caminar
. Respirar
. Cocinar
. Visitar el mar
. Conversar
. Bañarse
. Abrazar
. Gritar con una almohada
. Llorar
. Hacer Taichi
. Hacer montañismo
. Hacer ejercicios.
. Comer chocolate

English Version
Greetings friends from the @holos-lotus community. I come to summarize how initiative №19 was, in That Life of Ours, called: Wellbeing Strategies.
Each participant had to show us four of his strategies to get out of moments of tension and seek balance, because what we all want is well-being.
We are repeatedly presented with situations that we face, often with stoicism, trying not to get used to the abnormal, but with solutions that allow us to guarantee, in some way, our mental and physical health.
Everyday life can turn against us with adverse situations, bad news, misfortunes, accidents, losses, and inconsistencies in people's behavior; But we are forced to move forward, with tools that we obtain along the way, and we turn them into our ally cards to face hostile situations.
I read forty-four entries, each one with valuable proposals for facing adverse situations, which could lead us to depression, if not attacked in time. We know that it is not easy and that it is not about trivializing a fairly serious situation like this, but being aware can show us the way to well-being, eventually.
I appreciate the learning obtained with this initiative, we learned about movies, singers, music for meditation, among others, as well as interesting exercises and recommendations to put into practice.
The proposed strategies were the following:
. Read
. Make crafts, amigurumis
. Paint
. Dance
. have anchors
. Listen to music
. Thank
. Observe plants or have a garden.
. Care for pets
. Sleep
. Pray
. Write
. Watch movies
. Watch funny videos
. Search for spirituality
. Take responsibility for your own life
. Sing
. To have friends
. To meditate
. Become aware
. Clean, organize
. Walk
. Breathe
. Cook
. Visit the sea
. Discuss
. Take a bath
. Embrace
. Scream with a pillow
. Cry
. Do Tai Chi
. Mountaineering
. Exercise.
. Eat chocolate
. Get away from the cell phone
Talking to God through prayer, being filled with faith that everything happens, and having the conviction that he will work satisfactorily in our lives, was the strategy with the most proposals. Many incorporated reflection on the role that prayer has in giving hope and joy.
Being grateful for everything we have, what surrounds us, even the most insignificant thing that seems to go unnoticed, was the second proposal. This exercise allows us to see that always, despite the situation, a lesson is learned, a learning. Doing so causes a strengthening, and if you want, an empowerment of the self to recover and move forward.
Reading was the third suggestion, reading the Bible, because of the amount of teachings it has, but also works or novels where it is known that there will be a happy ending. Repeating reading these books in gray moments is comforting. Writing could be added to this, as a silent friend who receives everything and also gives answers for peace.
And she also received a significant number of suggestions, music, listening to it or singing it, shouting, says one user. Music offers a lot of benefits. Listening to that favorite song or sounds organized to create an effect on brain activity, which cause great benefits for the body and mind, improving many conditions and offering emotional balance.
God, thank you, reading and music are among the first strategies to seek well-being, is the conclusion we reach.
We also have the granting of Ecency points, which on this occasion are for:
