If you are looking for a cheap, fast and healthy meal, you might wanna give this reciept a try :) It is very simple to replicate since the ingredient ratio isn`t critical at all and you can do all kind of your personal variations.
Ingredients:
250g soya grit
1000g hacked or pasteurized tomatoes
4 onions (red or white)
2 clove of garlic
400g canned corn
800g canned kidney beans
1 or 2 paprika
10g vegtable broth
some olive oil
salt, pepper and chili
First put the soya grit in a bowl and mix with 500ml water. Then mix with the vegtable broth and let it soak for about 10min. Meanwhile you can cut up the onions into small pieces and slice the paprika. After that heat up some olive oil (i usually only take 5-10g) in a big pot and fry your onions till they get a nice bronzed look. Then put in the tomatoes and reduce the heat. Now you can add the finished soya grit, corn, kidney beans and the sliced paprika all at once. Stir regualarly over the next 40min (20min at least for those like me who are impatient). During that you can also add garlic and all kind of spices. I personally go with the standard salt, pepper and a decent ammount of chili.
