Another trial turned into a perfect pesto better that what I cooked before. This is one of my family's favorite recipe.
I will share today the ingredients I used in my cooking:
- 200 penne rigate
- 200ml light cream
- 1/2 cup basil pesto(homemade)
- green onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups skinless shredded roast chicken
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- Thinly sliced green onions, to serve
Ready to serve. It is so easy to cook and so yummy.
