To make a Moroccan Mint Tea try this simple recipe:
Ingredients:
mint /sugar/ tea /boiled water
Wash the tea by adding some boiled water.
Shake the teapot then discard the water.
Add sugar , then mint.
Fill up the teapot with boiled water and put it on fire.
Let the teapot on fire for 12 minutes before serving.
Pour it in the Moroccan way in glasses.
