Hi fellow food lovers around the world! Today, I want to cook a simple lunch. Since there aren't any main dishes at home, I had to put on my thinking cap to come up with something I’d enjoy—and suddenly, the idea of eggs in soy and oyster sauce popped into my head.
It seems like this dish is an old dish, but now it's going viral again and I also saw that a while ago it appeared a lot on my social media so I was interested in making it again now.
There are only two eggs at home, but I think this is more than enough for me alone at home and at most for my other child, Danti, when she comes home from school, but my child also doesn't really like spicy food.
Yes, if my child doesn't like it, I will make another menu for him. At most, I will just fry an omelette as usual because that is his favorite.
This soy sauce egg with oyster sauce is perfect if you don't have much of an appetite.Well, this is a great and very instant option. If you want to cook it, I personally don't often like complicated meals at difficult cooking events. Honestly, I cook in the morning or just after work, so I need super simple menus.
...unless it's a day off, when I can cook a slightly more elaborate dish.
If you are curious, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today. Thank you.
materials used
One egg 1/2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce one teaspoon salty soy sauce 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, to taste, shallots and tomatoes.
manufacturing procedure
First
I started chopping up all the aromatics—like the very pungent chilies, tomatoes, and scallions. Oh, right—I used scallions as well.
Second
Next, I heat a little cooking oil in a frying pan, then I sauté the spices I just made, such as onions, tomatoes, chilies, and spring onions, I sauté them until they wilt.
Third
Once it had wilted, I added the oyster sauce and a little water, then cooked it again until boiling; once it started to boil, I added the fried egg and cooked it until the egg was fully done.
Four
Then I continue cooking it until the liquid has really reduced and the eggs are thoroughly cooked—since I prefer my eggs well-done. If you prefer soft-boiled eggs, that’s fine too.
RESULTS
Here is the result—a fried egg (sunny-side up style) with soy sauce and oyster sauce. I’ve placed it right onto my plate of rice and am digging in immediately while both the rice and the egg are still warm; it is absolutely delicious. I also made sure to add a little extra soy sauce and some chopped scallions for a touch of freshness.
Spoon by spoon went into me and I didn't feel it here the rice was very sad sprinkled with this egg soy sauce and I think in the future if there is no menu at home I will definitely make it again Only with one egg soy sauce and oyster sauce and for spices like under the chick and tomatoes. If you like it you can add it and if not you don't need to add it Okay thank you
Thank you 🙂🤗
