Ingredients:
Half kg chicken
2 bread slices
1 egg
1tb spoon oil
1tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp sirka
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
1tbsp black pepper
Put all these things in chopper and chop them
then give desired shape round or square as your wish...
Then beat 1 large egg...
Half cup maid
1cup bread crumbs
First coat in maida, then with egg and finally coat with bread crumbs...
Put it in the freezer so that it becomes set...
Now deep fry at low flame...
