I hope you are all fine. Today I want to share my homemade chicken nuggets recipe. My children love these nuggets, and they are very easy to make. They are crispy outside and soft inside. They are perfect for snacks, lunch, or dinner.
1 kg boneless chicken breast
5 slices bread
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
A little red chili powder
Breadcrumbs for coating
Oil for frying
First, cut the chicken into small pieces. Put the chicken in a blender or food processor. Add the bread slices, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and red chili powder. Blend everything well until smooth.
Now take some mixture and make nugget shapes. You can make any shape you like. When all the nuggets are ready, coat them with breadcrumbs.
Put the nuggets on a tray and keep them in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes. This helps them stay in shape.
I make these nuggets every month for my children. After shaping the nuggets and coating them with breadcrumbs, I keep them in the freezer. They are very useful for lunch boxes and busy days.
You can also do the same. Just place the nuggets on a tray and freeze them. When they become hard, put them in a freezer bag or container. This way, you will always have homemade nuggets ready to use.
When you want to cook them, take them out of the freezer and fry them in hot oil until they become golden brown.
After frying, place them on a plate with kitchen paper to remove extra oil.
Now your delicious homemade chicken nuggets are ready. Serve them with ketchup, chili sauce, or any dip you like.
I love this recipe because it is simple, tasty, and easy to store. My children enjoy these nuggets very much, and I feel happy because I know exactly what ingredients are used in them.
