Hello! Good Morning Everyone.
How are you all? Yesterday I made this yummy crispy chicken nuggets for kids which I want to share with everyone. It tastes so good and with minimal spices still its full of flavors. They are my daughters favorite and mune too. You can freeze them for upto 1 month in containers or seal pack bags.
Lets get started.
First, wash and mince the boneless chicken into small pieces.
In a food processor add the bread slices,
Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, soya sauce, salt, black pepper, chicken powder
Add Chinese salt, white pepper, paprika powder, mayonnaise, and milk.
Blend everything until you get a smooth and thick mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then, grease your hands with a little oil or butter and shape the mixture into nugget pieces or in squares
Arrange them on a tray and chill again for 15–20 minutes so they hold their shape.
dip each nugget in beaten egg and then coat with extra breadcrumbs. Repeat the coating process for extra crisp if necessary.Place the coated nuggets in the freezer for 20–30 minutes before frying.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the nuggets on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy
.
Remove them onto a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve with your favorite dips ketchup or hot sauce. And you yummy chicken nuggets are ready to eat
I prefer homemade chicken nuggets over packed nuggets from mart. Because its made with care and love for my family and everything is organic and natural without any preservatives. These chicken nuggets are so crispy and yummy they are good in taste and looks. I like to serve them with tea or juice for the kids. I would recommend everyone to follow this recipe if they want mart like taste at home and you can make a good amount from little ingredients whoch can be stored upto 1 month in freezer.
