Ferrero Rocher is a vegan glutinous natural variant with a taste very close to the original, and may be raw desserts.
I decided to use roasted chestnut for a richer and more intense flavor combined with raw Indian nuts, dates, cocoa and cocoa butter.
If you want your beads to be 100% raw, do not catch hazelnuts, but dry them evenly at 40C degrees.
For the dressing, I decided to use only the natural ingredients again, but if you want to cocoa powder, coconut oil and cocoa butter instead of my cocoa butter, you can melt the dark chocolate to dip the balls before rolling into roughly ground hazelnuts.
Pleasure is guaranteed!!
200 g of roasted and chopped hazelnuts
60 g of raw Indian nuts
115 g of purified dry dates
20 g of cocoa butter
20 g raw cocoa powder
Charge:
between 23-25 pieces of roasted and chopped hazelnuts
Chocolate coat:
35 g raw cocoa powder
30 g of cocoa butter
45 g Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon of honey
Wrap the hazelnuts in the oven at 190C degrees, about 10 minutes. Scour the skin with a cloth, and pour 200 g into a fine, leave 25 pieces whole and leave the rest at roughly any time.
The hazelnuts for the balls stand in multipact with Indian nuts.
Diligate and soak for at least 5 minutes in warm water.
Dissolve the cocoa butter and add the mixture, with cocoa powder. Finally pour and soften the dates and blend.
You will get a nice sticky and compact mix.
Spread pieces of mixture and apply them to the palm, place a hazelnut in the middle and plunge it into the ball.
Repeat the procedure with the remainder of the mixture.
Chocolate coat:
Dissolve on light heat (even on pairs) of cocoa butter and coconut oil.
In a separate bowl, add the powdered cocoa powder and add a spoonful of honey.
Dip the balls into a chocolate coat and drizzle in chopped hazelnuts, which you previously sliced roughly.
Leave the balls on the grid to eject. Do not forget to put grease on the grid as the chocolate will drip.
The balls will harden so you can keep them in a sealed box at room temperature if you consume them in the short term or in the fridge for longer periods.
