Still snow and ☁️. Yesterdays training was realy easy even if i feel my body a bit i did also some muskel ups ;)

Day 2
Running warmup
Technik and pad work same as day 1
In the brake again some push ups
3 rounds of bank press 15 reps instead of dips
3 rounds V sit hold 10 sec

The objectiv is to build up some more power 💪
