Welcome to the Oatmeal Daily with your host, Oatmeal Joey Arnold. That's me. I'm Oatmeal Joey. Each day, I publish these entries, posts, articles, web pages, stories, etc, to websites, etc. This is mostly a personal blog, diary, journal, or autobiography. I teach class sometimes at night. However, some of this may be useful, applicable, inspirational, educational, entertaining, etc. However, the template here is mostly that of a boring log. I've included my watch log near the bottom of this post listing some of the videos I've viewed. At the very bottom are some of my favorite links worth sharing. Dear diary journal blog, I got up at 11:20 AM. Forget dreams except that I thought I had to wake up early for something. I think I have had similar dreams before on and off for many years. Well, not exactly the same dreams. But similar in that there are things I had to do. Places I had to go. Specific things that if I did not do then I would die or people would die or other major consequences. Like maybe even something worse than death is to not exist or to never exist in the first place. To disappear. But worse than death. So there would be a fear of if I did not do things or in other cases if I did certain things. Many things. Hard to explain. The end. Breakfast, 11:39 AM. Lunch, 12:43 PM. Vacuum. Especially my room by bed which I have not done in months. Dishes, 01:30 PM. Watched some of the Lord of the Rings Rings of Power with mom who said she didn't realize she could get Amazon + which came with Amazon Prime on her Comcast cable TV, that it would only be on the computer. I said the TV or the cable box is like a computer in that it is digital, not analog. Obama had regular TV move to digital around 2009. That is over the air. That means no more UHF, VHF, that is the local TV stations by analog. It moved to digital. Not to say digital and computer stuff are identical. But in some ways it is. Internet started like on the Telnet and now it is more like the Telnet runs through the Internet. But that is to oversimplify. But it is like when you watch cable or say Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Amazon, Paramount, HBO, other apps, on your television, my theory would be it is like going from one video to another video on YouTube on your computer. In other words, I think analog cable would be a bunch of stations flowing into your cable box all at once. Similar to over the air. Not sure about old cable boxes and analog cable in general. I want to say cable is now digital too but that it too was analog. But I could be wrong about that. But over the air the antenna would pick up many stations. Turning the stations on your TV would be instant because the TV is already receiving all the inputs. Say you have NBC, ABC, FOX, UPN, CW, CBS, TBN, on your TV. Let's just take two of those stations, NBC and ABC. Your TV would be receiving the ABC input and the NBC input at the same time. If you turn channels, it would take less than a second because your TV would not have to download or connect to it like you would with websites, YouTube, apps. With digital cable, you only have one input I think. But with analog over the air TV, you would get many at the same time. Analog can be multiple simultaneously. Like quantum computering. We talked about what are dwarfs. That led to me asking mom about elves and other creatures be it fictional or non-fictional. She got 3 books. 2 by Steve Quayle. We talked. The market can stop and go. It can speed up and slow down. Changes can be rapid, all of a sudden, it can accelerate exponentially, excessively. People would trade with gold, silver, salt. Old people have brittle bones. As of 2021, they say there was almost $300 trillion dollars worth of debt total in the world. How much money in the world as of 2022, some say about $40 trillion dollars. Shoulder. Pain. Pills. Not bills. Medicine. Don't bite off more than you can chew. The YouTube channel you want is like a big pig you want to eat. But you can only eat one small bite at a time. Each bite is like a video. It's like a giant job, You have to break it up into small tasks or bites. What about TikTok? If you feel like you want to tell people some small advice in a video, you could do that. Make a video talking about how scare you are to make a video.
