Is the smallest unit for HP set at 0.001. I think that when I observe curation rewards, the smallest amounts I've received was that amount according to what I see on Hive Blocks. I assume that it is not possible to earn 0.0001 HP for posting or curation. I just wanted to know if I was right about all of this or not.
I thought maybe smaller units could go in but not be visible. I was hoping the UI was 3 decimals but the actual blockchain itself was dealing with even more decimals than that. Like with Bitcoin, the smallest unit is a Satoshi. So, the 3 decimals is Hive's version of the Satoshi then.

Is it true that 100% of an upvote goes to the voter, the curator, after 5 minutes on Hive? Back on Steemit, it was set at 15 or 30 minutes, something like that. I recently read on Quora.com and I think other places too that it is at 5 minutes currently. I don't know but that may be the case.

Traditionally, you can be judged differently through the filter of piercings meaning it comes down to the judges, the employers, the hiring staff. It can be generally safer to assume they may not like piercings. If you don't know a lot about them, then it is one of those risks in life. But at the same time, you may also want them to see who you really are at the same time. You may want to show them that you wear piercings and that you will not compromise on them, unless if you do want to. But that gives them an opportunity to not hire you or to be cautious or who knows what. So, it ultimately comes down to priorities between the need to be you and also the need for the job.

Dear diary, got up at 11:10 AM. Baking soda put under onions in red cooler, helped mom with that. Breakfast, 11:38 AM. Dishes at 01:10 PM for an hour or so. Oven drawer cleaned after that. Working on 1993 Hagg Lake photos scan post at 02:00 PM and off and on before that too since yesterday. Was putting them together yesterday. Scanning today. Putting it into a post on Hive right now. More lunch, 04:00 PM. Dishes quickly later on around 5. Also, tomato watering, pruning, shaping, weeding, potatoes, cabbage. Mail. 05:12 PM now, salad dinner.
