Toxins Onto Fat or Organs

Toxicity can either be pulled into your fat or into your organs. Think of it like a computer. Fat is like RAM. Less RAM means you have to put temporary memory onto the hard drive which can wear out the hard drive more and more as you stress it out. Likewise, less fat means more stress and pressure can be put onto the organs. For most men on average, less than 10% body fat could put extra stress on the organs which then would have to carry the load in the process of flushing out toxins out of the body which is as mundane a process as taking out the trash out of your house.

Dear diary, got up at 10:55 AM. A little bit of a headache today and yesterday. Not a migraine. And a small headache too off and on. Breakfast, 11:05 AM. Vacuum, 01:40 PM to 02:20 PM. Moving the shoes to vacuum under. Rugs shaked via the trees outside of the the front door. We talked about moles. I see 2 hills around the burning bush in front of the front door, so we opened those 2 volcanos, me and mom, and put mole bits in them. Not sure if these dry nuggets kill the moles or what. That was around 04:00 PM for a few minutes. Swept the sidewalk in front of the front door and shook the mat. Mail. Recycling. Dead leafs picking off the cherry tree, just a few. Dinner around 05:00 PM, I cooked myself 5 eggs, 2 pieces of toasted, put them inside my orange bowl and ate it like a salad while watching Central Agency starring The Rock and Kevin Hart. Funny ending when the Rock goes nude at the end the same as the beginning except that now he is hot and fit at his high school reunion after 20 years. Was doing some organizing at the same time, moved the record player up and then down and then to the other side to the top. Picture frames are next to it. By the ironing board was a box under a coffee table. Saw basketball card which looked familiar. Yup, here are some of my our things from 163. It can be hard to know where the stuff is and is not. So, I do this. I organize and and move things around. Dishes around 07:00 PM to 08:30 PM, and that movie with the Rock and Hart was on the whole time until around 08:00 PM. After that, it was another Rock movie called Rampage. Shower after that. Now, it's 09:00 PM.
