Phoenix has that little puppy dog look saying, ‘oh please! Can I have some?’ This was this morning as we sat down to breakfast. She is very good at getting a taste of what she wants, lol! 😂 No one could deny her. 😁🐶
Last night, Bill conked out on us early. He works hard during the week and didn’t get the Saturday recharge he normally gets because we were on our way there for Christmas. We normally do presents on Christmas Eve, but since he was asleep and impossible to awaken, we all opted for exchanging presents this morning.
We had a lovely family time! I love watching facial expressions when presents are unwrapped or when they think they’ve got the gift figured out and it’s not at all what they thought it was.
We left around noon-it’s always hard to say goodbye for me, but we needed to go. I didn’t really want to drive back in the dark with the rain and they had another family obligation on Agi’s side to attend. Enjoy the pictures from yesterday’s hike and today’s Christmas.

It’s been a lovely and blessed Christmas weekend with our son and daughter in law. We need to visit again before next Christmas. Time isn’t slowing down any and I’m not getting any younger, lol!
