Let's Cook Chicken White Karahi On #CreativeSunday

So, Finally, the most awaited day of the week is here, It's a day where we can do some creative task and share it with our Hive family.

As I'm a night owl, we ( I and my wife ) wake up late in the morning around 10 AM, It may be not late for those who are doing jobs and Sunday is an off day for them.

On this Sunday, It was decided that I'm going to make Chicken White Karahi Which is a Desi Dish famous in Pakistan and India. So let's Start with the ingredients you will need to make this Delicious Dish. I hope you will try this at home and will share your experience in the comment section with us.

Everything to cook this dish was arranged already on the previous day. So, today there was no need to go to the market and purchase items.


Ingredients


  • Chicken 1 KG
  • 15 pieces of Almonds
  • A little piece of coconut.
  • 3 chopped onions.
  • Ginger as per your need.
  • 20 pieces of green Chillies.
  • 1.5 Cup Oil.
  • 2 Teaspoons.
  • Half Tea Spoon Black pepper.
  • half Tea Spoon White pepper.
  • 1 Tablespoon of coriander.
  • 1 Tea Spoon Cumin.
  • 15 cloves of garlic.
  • 125 ML Nestle Cream
  • 1 Cup Yogurt.

Cooking procedure.


It's a long Procedure, So I will try my level best to share each and every step with my #hiveFamily, so they easily learn it and try it at home.

First, you need to soak Almonds and coconut for 1.5 Hours and then peel off their External covering.

After This, you need to Cut the onion and remove the external cover of the garlic cloves.

Boil these onions and garlic for 10 minutes to make them soft.

Now Strain the onion and garlic and put almonds and coconut in it and also green Chillies.

Now Grand all these ingredients all together in the grander to make a paste, Don't forget to add a little bit of milk to make the paste better because all the items are dry.

You can see the paste in this Cup. It should be thick.

Now add oil to the cooking pot and add salt and ginger in it, fry both these items for 2 minutes, so that you start feeling the smell of ginger. Fry it on the light flame.

Now add chicken and fry it for almost 5 minutes. Make sure to fry it until the chicken colour turns into light golden colour.

Now add the paste you have made in the grander, and fry for another 2 minutes.

In this step, you need to add Yogurt to the cooking pot and Cook it for 5 more minutes.

After cooking for 5 minutes add, coriander, White Cumin, Black Pepper and white pepper to make the taste. After adding these items you need to cook it for 5 more minutes.

Now in the final Step, you need to add Nestle Cream and cook it for 1 more minute to make it juicy and creamy.

here is the Final Look of Chicken White Karahi. Now you can eat it with bread or nan ( As per your choice ) Like the way I did.
