Use rice paper and fill with whatever you have in your fridge.

I used ingredients such as cilantro, cucumber, spinach, scampi, glass noodles, carrot, cabbage, chili, sprouts and avocado.

I also made a delicious peanut dip with just garlic, water, peanut butter and soy sauce! (Heat in a pan.)
