From a few years ago, on a trip to the rocky mountains. Recently one of these crashed and killed people, which is incredibly sad. The buses don't have seatbelts which is insane.

It's a fruit from Asia and it's surprisingly sweet and nice. The white part is edible. So you peel the brown part away. There's a stone or seed inside that you don't eat.

They are called "Pinky Pig Bun" and but there are no ingredients to say what it is made from at all. I'm not even sure if it is sweet or savoury. Suffice to say we didn't buy it!
