It's a fruit from Asia and it's surprisingly sweet and nice. The white part is edible. So you peel the brown part away. There's a stone or seed inside that you don't eat.

The wooden frame is done on garage and the house and some of the windows are in. I'm not sure what comes next, the roof or the outside of the wood. Interesting to watch the progress
