First coffee of the week

It's hard to believe that a few years I drank many Thursday nights after work but I suppose covid and growing up changed everything. To be honest the fewer hangovers the better. Looking forward to tomorrow

Nibbling away on some bird food Dad leaves out every fall-spring as there aren't many plants about and the abundance of insects from summer decreases too. Kind of cool to have such a big bird as a repeat

Had long days this week so two days in a row the food came by takeout. Tasty but nothing special. I wish the local restaurant was a higher quality food but it is good to have something nearby

even though it is hard to deal with bad days and weeks and months, you kind of have to keep going and wait for things to get better and at the same time reflect and go to a doctor or counselling to talk

Literally the first time to get it in years and years because cereals where I live are mostly sugary ones. I hope the pharmacy/small supermarket continues to stock Weetabix
