The last 8 days my activities had been almost zero. I had a few appointments with my doctor about my heart, because a stenosis in one of the coronary arteries was detected while doing an ECG on an ergometer. After ultrasound and a CT scan, I had a cardiac catheterization last Tuesday, which finally clarified the situation. Two of the coronary vessels are slightly stenosed, but this can be controlled with a few medications. Therefore, a stent did not have to be implanted. I can now run again with full capacity.

Die letzten 8 Tage waren meine Aktivitäten fast gleich Null gewesen. Ich hatte einige Arzttermine wegen meines Herzens, denn aufgrund eines Belastungs-EKG wurde eine Verengung in einer der Herzkranzgefäße festgestellt. Nach Ultraschall- und CT-Untersuchung gab es am letzten Dienstag noch einen Herzkatheter, der endgültig Klarheit verschaffte. Zwei der Herzkranzgefäße sind zwar leicht verengt, aber dies bekommt man mit ein paar Medikamenten gut in den Griff. Ein Stent musste deshalb nicht implantiert werden. Ich kann jetzt wieder laufen und mich ausbelasten.
